Every batch of rum is aged at the base of Mt. Kanlaon where the humidity is above 80% and the temperature inside our distillery peaks above 100F. These tropical conditions help us infuse every bottle with as much flavor as possible from our American Bourbon and Rioja casks. Once aged, our master blender will choose only the best of the best batches to then filter and cool them with volcanic spring water.
