Binalbagan: the origin of the Babaylan revolution and a place where the history of Papa Isio and the Babaylanes commenced.
The painting depicts the soul of Papa Isio alongside a babaylan crowned with the images of struggle and braveness a true revolutionary icon that embodies the strong spirit of Negrenses and the Babaylans. The different images including the bird portrays death in a sacrificial way in exchange of freedom.
